I've been meaning to try protein pancakes for ages but not really been keen on using the plain powders I've got at home - pistachio and vanilla sounds unmissable though!

Hey Mike! The body can assimilate up to around 30g of protein per meal so any of these protein shakes can be used on the go, post workout or to enhance a meal such as porridge, pancakes or muffins. The optimal time is post workout as whey protein is digested quickly so aid recovery after exercise quicker than a chicken breast for example. Joe

Sorry, I mean a good amount of protein per serving.

Sounds like a good amount of carbs per serving so are these recommended for a post workout snack?
