About this gym

The Chiltern Pools is locatd in the heart of Amersham and provides the local community a base to conduct their health and fitness activities. The fully equipped gym is air conditioned and provides state of the art equipment to cater for all types of fitness programs. This gym offers cardiovascular machines such as treadmills and rowers, resistance equipment including free weights and dedicated stretching areas and fitness aids such as Swiss balls. The dedicated fitness instructors are always on hand to assist and they will be happy to put together a workout to suit you.
