StrideFit Group Fitness classes and Brighton bootcamps are excellent for growing fitness, stamina and strength whilst working out in a group full of like minded people helping you stay super-motivated. A combination of awesome cardio, strength and conditioning workouts plus fun training techniques, fitness kit and support and from your peers will keep you coming back for more.
Held on the green and lush parkland of Hove Park. As with the Hove Lawns classes, these Thursday evening sessions mix-up training techniques to constantly keep you engaged and pushing yourself to the limit. Expect team cardio games, kettlebell conditioning workouts and interval relays. We meet just off Goldstone Crescent, more or less at the centre of the park.
