StrideFit Group Fitness classes and Brighton bootcamps are excellent for growing fitness, stamina and strength whilst working out in a group full of like minded people helping you stay super-motivated. A combination of awesome cardio, strength and conditioning workouts plus fun training techniques, fitness kit and support and from your peers will keep you coming back for more.
This Saturday morning outdoor class is held in the green and leafy park of St Ann's Well Gardens. This glorious morning session contains kettlebells, tyres, battle ropes and GUNeX bungees - which happen to be one of the best training techniques for building core strength, conditioning the body and burning calories. We meet on park off Nizells Avene, just to the side of the tennis courts.
