About this gym

Situated in the heart of Cirencester town, Active4Less Cirencester is an independent family run gym. The fully air-conditioned gym area is split into 3 areas; the first part will help to improve your general fitness levels with a comprehensive range of cardiovascular pieces of equipment including, treadmills, bikes, rowers, cross trainers and steppers. The second area includes resistance machines with enough variety to tone whichever parts of the body you wish. Finally, you will find the fully equipped free weights area, from 1kg through to 50kg dumb bells plus Olympic barbells with a squat rack and various benches. There is also a boxing ring which can be used with a personal trainer (additional cost).
