well staffed, clean and friendly

Clean gym and not busy so able to get on what ever piece of equipment you want. Gym staff not always available so if you rely of getting help from a member of staff, this could be an issue. Having a pool is an added extra but still makes it over priced.

A quiet gym, friendly staff but not always around. Nothing bad with the gym really, just dated equipment. Range of free weights good but free weight area small. Added extra of having a gym and swimming pool, although a little small. If it was cheeper I would use more often, not worth the money.

Fantastic staff and a warm and family friendly environment

Lots of cardio equipment available, although a little old. Same as the weights really. Clean with good changing facilities. The use of a pool and sauna for the price makes it really good value for money.

Lady on reception was very helpful and showed me around the facility, she was excellent. Unfortunately the kit is old and dated - I have never seen the techno gym bikes before, they were that old! £4.00 would be more like it, £7.00 is far too expensive based on the facilities on offer

Not worth that amount of money, dated equipment
