About this gym

The Fit Pit health club in Falmouth provides customers with use of a full range of equipment; from Gym 80 to Cybex. You can take advantage of the various training programmes available that cater for all needs and fitness levels, or have a go at the numerous aerobic and toning fitness programs such as PumpFX, Aerostretch, Step and Yoga. The Fit Pit also offers a brand new cardiovascular area, with flat screen TV's for your enjoyment and mat area with a selection of light-dumbells. Downstairs there is a free-weights section which has weights to suit all levels of strength training, from light toning to bodybuilding, and an excellent selection of exercise machines to target main body areas.
