    Energise is more than just a gym, as they offer a whole range of services to promote health and well being to all women fully equipped with state of the art cardiovascular and resistance machines as well as free weights.

    The club is situated in the heart of Goodmayes merely 10 minutes walk away from Goodmayes railway station with bus routes 364 and 150 passing through at frequent intervals.

The opening times are ok but they should open on sunday as well for those who work during the week and only get weekends off. Also open earlier then 9 as it is better to work out early morning.
