Don't like this gym much. There's a tiny free weights area and I resent paying for a locker, also no water fountain in the gym. The layout could be massively improved to create more room and make bigger weights area. Unlikely to use this gym again tbh.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The equipment is good.

Generally a decent range of cardio&resistance machines.very limited&small area for free weights-also no squat rack/Olympic bars etc. this area tends to be the busiest at all times,so is very difficult to use, always dominated by men so can be off-putting for girls wanting to use this equipment.

Not a great gym. I resent having to pay for a locker even if it's only 20p. (Not refunded). There isn't a water fountain so you have to buy bottled water or use the luke warm water from the changing room tap.
Tiny, rubbish free weight area, but decent cardio machines. No place to stretch or do abs

I opted for a 30day pass with this gym and it was very easy to redeem. I was given my own card which meant each visit to the gym was quick and hassle free. initial induction not very helpful, which for 1st time gym goers might be a problem. Expensive for what it offers compared to other gyms.

Average gym. Pool was unavailable.

This gym is perfect for what it aims to deliver: pool and cardio facilities for families. However, the free weight section is pretty much non-existent: no bars, no racks, not even a pull up bar.

This gym is aimed well at a non-active client: someone who has not really used a gym before.

The swimming pool area was clean and the swimming pool itself had two different sections: a 50m pool and a 25m pool which was good as it allowed you to choose the lengths you wanted to swim.
