Aikido is an essentially non-violent self defense martial art that encourages harmony of Mind, Body & Spirit and the avoidance of confrontation. Force is never opposed by force. Practice can benefit everyone, male or female, young or old, of any ethnic or national origin. All can enjoy and improve their health and fitness by attending regular and well-run classes with trainer Karesz coming highly recommended by his students.
Aikido needs time, while your body is exercising, your brain is relaxing and you will be a part of a great group of people. Occasionally you might even socialize with them after a class in a nearby pub.
