About this gym

If you are attending an AntiGravity class please make sure you wear socks, t-shirts with sleeves, no sharp jewellery and arrive 15 minutes early. At Anny Fitness they work with small groups in all classes to ensure maximum personal attention to suit all levels from absolute beginners to a more advanced, athletic, dynamic level. Classes are held in a large & lovely sunny studio at Grove Park Studios, Chiswick, opposite Chiswick main line station. The brand new AntiGravity Fitness classes are designed to increase your fitness whilst having fun with this unique workout. The technique was created by gymnasts & has been modified for the fitness world. The class also incorporates techniques from dance, Pilates and yoga. Barre classes are where you can gain the benefits of long, lean, toned muscles of a dancer, the class is set to a chill out beat & although the class focuses on the strengthening & toning of the bums and legs, there is also focus on the upper body, so your entire body will get a workout. Your instructor Anny is a professional dancer, fitness instructor & personal trainer. She has been a involved in dance and fitness for over 15 years & specialises in Pilates, dance & core based classes bringing fun and motivation to each class. How to find us: Anny Fitness is in Grove Park Studios just across the road from Chiswick rail station (South West Trains). The E3 bus (Clifton Road - New Chiswick Pool) stops directly outside the studio.
