During the academic year from October to June, pay as you gym access is from 07.30-16.00 Mon-Fri and Sat,Sun 9.00-16.00.
Recently refurbished, Bloomsbury Fitness is University College of London Union’s gym, located at the heart of the Bloomsbury campus. The gym at this club is an excellent facility, with a fully equipped 90 station fitness suite and a group exercise studio. Whether your personal health and fitness goals are to lose weight, to get fit or to train for a sporting event, you’re sure to be able to reach these at Bloomsbury Fitness.

Equipment at Bloomsbury Fitness includes a full range of cardio equipment and all of the resistance equipment that you’d expect, allowing you to get a full workout with every visit. There is also a good range of free weights including dumbbells.

A variety of fitness classes such as Spin, Zumba, Yoga and Circuits run regularly, available at an additional cost. Squash courts are also available to book for a small charge after 12pm Monday-Friday, free at all other times! For more information about any of these additional facilities, please enquire at reception.

Bloomsbury Fitness is one of the best value gyms in London, with passes under £7. You really will be amazed at the service and range of equipment that you’ll have access to at this club!

How to find us:

Bloomsbury Fitness is located on the 3rd floor of the UCL Bloomsbury Theatre Building. Euston (Northern and Victoria lines) and Euston Square (Circle and Metropolitan lines) stations are both just a short walk away. Multiple bus routes stop just outside, including routes 10 (Hammersmith – King’s Cross), 18 (Sudbury & Harrow Road Station – Euston Station), 30 (Portman Street – Hackney Wick), 73 (Victoria Bus Station – Stoke Newington Common), 205 (Cleveland Terrace – Bow Bus Garage) and 390 (Archway Station – Palace Gardens Terr/ Notting Hill Gate).

Really well equipped gym with a really good vibe.
Very popular and busy though meaning you often have to wait for equipment - however everyone is aware of this and most people are willing to let you jump in and take turns using bars etc.

Always a busy little gym. Recently refurbished; much brighter and improved layout. Got some great new kit; running machines with tv/internet connections etc. Very smart.

Gym is pretty good value for money, but pretty crowded at lunch time, but I guess that's expected being in central London.
Changing rooms and showers could do with a refurb, several lockers out of order or not working, nowhere to put soap in the showers, not possible to control water temp.
