First thing Sun morning and gym really empty though pool slightly busier. Fantastic range of equipment. Quite a trek down three floors to get to changing rooms and main gym and another trek up two floors to get to the pool.

Amazingly large gym space in central London, with decent locker rooms and friendly staff.

A really enjoyable session at this top class facility. It was quieter than usual - perhaps the good weather was keeping people away - so the changing room felt less cluttered. Three new showers was a welcome addition.

If you work central and like swimming, this is the ideal spot.

Huge range of equipment plus badminton and a pool, steam and sauna. Went on Sat afternoon and gym fairly busy but lots of machines so no waiting. Cafe area on first level down with newspapers. Gym the next two levels down. Large changing room with lots of shower cubicles.

This is the first ever YMCA in the world - but it must also be one of the biggest ! The building is huge with plenty of equipment available for everyone and classes still taking place well into the evening. Well worth I visit - one of the best gyms in London
