Botwell Green Sports and Leisure Centre is part of the Better leisure group, and is a modern centre having only opened in July 2010.
Boasting lots of space, Botwell Green has plenty of activities on offer, including a range of gym classes and group exercise classes. There is a large swimming pool with a seating area where families and friends can watch, and then there’s a laned area for serious swimmers.
A large reception and cafe welcome you into what is truly a large space with quality facilities. The gym includes more than 140 separate stations spread over two floors with plenty of cardiovascular equipment, ensuring queuing is no problem. Resistance machines, stretching areas, power plates and free weights are all on offer.
A dedicated Spinning space, and classes including Ab Blast, Vario Class, Bums Tums and Thighs and Functional Circuits are all available at the centre, as well as a gymnastics hall with more than 15 pieces of top-of-the range specialist equipment.
Botwell Green Leisure Centre has something to suit everyone of all ages, with the gymnastics hall home to the London Borough of Hillingdon Gymnastics Club. At present, this club has two sets of national champions in the area of Acrobatic Gymnastics.
Aside from the fabulous fitness facilities, a crèche is also available on-site, outdoor facilities and a sauna mean that you can also take some time for yourself.

By bus, the numbers U4, 195, H98, U5 and E6, all stop at the centre, with Hayes and Harlington the nearest train station. A free car park with 33 spaces is also available if you’re coming by car, and for cyclists there is storage for 24 bikes.
