Mornings are reasonably quiet and offer a better chance to make the most of the great range of equipment on offer. It is a no frills gym but it has everything needed.

Excellent range of equipment on offer for free weights, much better than equivalently priced Pay as you Gym venues. It is however a busy gym.

There was only one counter open and a lot of people queuing. The person did a good job, however still had to wait a lot to get in.

They usually wash up the changing room floor to early, so that your shoes get wet, when you go in.

Mile End Park Leisure Centre says:

Thank you for you feedback. We have passed your comments back to the centre manager to help us improve the facilities in future. Kind Regards, Better Helpers

The gym was well equipped, but the sauna was for women only on the day I went. This was not stated on the gym's information page. The staff were not very familiar with pay as u gym.
