Concept 3 Movement is home to a small independent holistic and well –being studio offering a range of services from Pilates to Personal Training. At this studio the ethos is very much client focus. The experienced trainers aim to guide each individual to achieve their holistic health potential by empowering them to feel purposeful and valued through movement.
You can choose from Yoga and Pilates at Concept 3 Movement with classes available from beginner to advanced. There is a particular focus on the core and back strengthening, flexibility and pre and post natal instruction. The Yoga classes are Iyengar inspired with the philosophy based in the Advaita tradition. This aims to bring the body back to its natural state of balance and harmony through the practice of asanas or postures.
