About this gym

Indoor cycling is all we do, and we do it pretty well. Straight from the heart of the City of London. If you're already into indoor cycling, then get yourself down here. And welcome home. If you have never been to an indoor cycling class, we'd love you to come and give us a try. We think you'll like it here. There is nothing quite like a Cyclebeat class, cycling as a group with an inspiring instructor guiding you through the journey. This is all done to a soundtrack carefully crafted to carry you through the ride with a smile on your face. Intensive exercise has never been such fun. If it's your first time to Cyclebeat please make sure that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your class starts so that you can register. The studio is a few minutes' walk from Bank and Monument stations, and a 10 minute walk from London Bridge station.
