The Childminding Service must be booked in advance and is available in one hour sessions (9am-10am or 10am-11am) on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The cost for this service is £5 per hour. Energie Fitness Fulham is a great gym in Parsons Green just a few minutes walk from the north end of Wandsworth Bridge. For arrival by train, Wandsworth Town Station (National Rail) is 5 minutes walk away. If you choose to arrive by car there are metered parking spaces along Carnworth Road (from 9am-5pm) which become free outside of these times. Secure bike parking is also available right outside of the door.

The 25 Precor Cardio stations, Concept 2 rowers and range of Infinity Line Resistance machines within the gym are complimented by a complete range of barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, Olympic Bars and Ez Curl bars. Combined with cable machines, flat benches, incline benches, decline bench, Smith Machine, Preacher Curl and Squat Rack, these provide all the equipment you need for strength, toning, weight loss, body building or strongman training. Their dumbbells range from 1kg to 35kg and barbells from 10kg to 30kg. The Olympic bars provide the base for heavier lifting.
