Fit4Less Kilburn is a bright, modern and low cost gym in Kilburn. Specialising in offering no frills exercise with high quality equipment and a range of group exercise classes, Fit4Less Kilburn sell themselves through their modern approach, cutting out all those additional extras so you can focus on getting the best workout possible.

Fit4Less Kilburn as a specious workout area with Precor gym equipment. The free weights range is large and varied and the cardio and resistance machines are kept in the best condition with a range including everything you need from recumbent bikes to treadmills and chest presses to seated rowing machines.

Fit4Less Kilburn also offer a modern functional training area including TRX Suspension training where you can work on your bodyweight training and kettle bells too. The centre also offers classes in kettle bells and TRX, in addition to more conventional classes such as Body Pump and even DVD classes, with virtual spinning classes available.

Fit4Less Kilburn is open from 6.30am until 11pm from Monday to Thursday with a 10pm close on Fridays and 8am to 7pm on Saturdays and Sundays. In terms of extras Fit4Less Kilburn keep it light but you can book in with their personal trainers and they do have satellite TV, usually playing music channels, to keep you motivated.

Many buses pass through the area too including the 16 route (Victoria Station – Longley Way), 98 route (Russell Square Station – Pound Lane) and 206 (The Paddocks – Kilburn Park Station).

The guy who works there would always try to get me signed up as a member, so I wasn't looking forward to having to give my code to the reception before enrering. The gym is good for cardio, loved the bikes. The class area is awkward, weight area has 3 chairs always busy

first time using this gym. Managed to use it during the off peak but it got busier towards the end of my session. Great range of equipment but small space and very small changing rooms. I imagine it get very crowded during the peak times.
