Boot Camp:
This is 45 minute whole body work out including strength, cardio and core. As the fitness classes are built on dynamic, functional movements that target the whole body, developing strength, speed, agility and core stability
you will not only improve the way you feel, move and function, but in the process lose weight and reduce body fat.

Core and Cardio Blitz Boot Camp:
This is a 30 minute high intensity workout focusing predominantely on fat burning and core work.
