  • Situated beneath the Novotel in the heart of Hammersmith, this centre is great for a lunch break workout as well as an evening training session. A recent refurbishment has given this gym a fresh, bright appearance which only adds to it's appeal.

The gym space is large, enabling the wide range of equipment to be well spaced. This helps users feel more relaxed whilst they are training, a quality that is lacking in many of today's gyms. There are also a number of squash courts available (pre-booking is essential) and again these are well maintained and very popular.

Just 2 minutes walk from Hammersmith Station (Piccadilly, District and Hammersmith & City lines) and Hammersmith Bus Terminus this site is a breeze to access. There are also a limited number of dedicated parking spaces just outside the entrance which is an unexpected bonus in this busy area.

Monday evening at 630/7pm seems to be a very busy time. There were insufficient lockers available for use - there was a queue.
It is also irritating when the people store their belongings in the locker without paying for its use or locking the locker door.
More lockers should be made available.
