I am Yoga is an amazing yoga studio tucked away on a little cobbled side street off the busy Tottenham Court Road - A hidden gem! Their mission: 'To share with peace, love and laughter; one mat at a time our passion for Yoga in a truly inspiring and awesome way.' I am Yoga is a really nice, boutique studio that provides outstanding yoga classes taught by people who love yoga. Come and try one of their class to improve fitness, release stress, increase flexibility, improve posture, to detoxify or for natural healing! There are two hot rooms heated at 25-30 degrees and 30-38 degrees so you can chose if you want 'warm yoga' or 'hot yoga'. The rooms are consistently pumped with fresh oxygenated air to keep you feeling invigorated, refreshed and energised. The system they have get rids of pollutants and maintains a fresh yoga room. Heat panels are used to warm the yoga room and the heat is very pleasant and warms you up from within; it really feels good, like practising in the warm, radiant sun!
