Very well equipped gym which is usually quiet when I visit (about 7:30am). It's pretty clean and well laid out. Whether the receptionist knows how to redeem a PAYG code is hit and miss!

Whether or not the receptionist knows what to do with a Payasugym pass here is very inconsistent.

My ol' faithful place to come for a pre-office workout since I have to walk past it to get to work. It's a really good gym and hardly ever busy.

I mainly come here as it's a convenient location for me, but the gym itself is of a very high standard and never too crowded in my experience. Remember a 20p for lockers!

Good no frills place with big gym. Wish we could use the pool with Payasugym!

I've been suffering from a back injury so my exercise regime has changed from a lot of weight work to a more gentle workout. This place is well equipped for all gym needs, from cardio to hardcore to rehabilitative.

Used Quick Redeem easily here, and had a decent work out in one of the biggest gyms around. Equipment is modern and well laid out. It's no frills all the way in terms of locker room luxury (or lack of), but it's a functional facility all round.

Reception staff have definitely improved - much more welcoming. Busy on a Monday evening so had to adapt my workout a bit but good atmosphere. Plenty of cardio equipment, resistance machine area and free weight area

Great gym facilities, lots of machines, free weights and space for stretching. I only went to one pool which was quite busy so was difficult to do lane swimming. There were only 4 shower cubicles in the swimming changing rooms which was a bit annoying. Overall a nice place and good location.

Good equipment and surprisingly not crowded at 6pm on a weeknight when most gyms are carnage!
