Krunch Gym focus on ensuring a wide range of top quality equipment is available to you whenever you visit. Their free weights range is particularly inviting with easy grip barbell plates, dumbbells up to 80kg, power and squat racks and many other pieces of equipment which help to ensure you have the best possible chance of training your body to its best possible condition. The cardiovascular equipment is also of the highest quality, with top of the range Technogym equipment including steppers, cross trainers and stationary bikes.

Krunch Gym ensures there is enough equipment to go around but also that there’s enough so your workout can be varied each time you visit. For an additional cost customers can enjoy a wide range of fitness classes too. With a regularly updated timetable Krunch Gym customers can enjoy Spinning, Zumba and many other classes each week. The gym even offers sports massage and personal and
virtual training, giving customers absolutely no reason not to keep their body in the best possible condition.

Non-fitness facilities on site include a café, changing rooms, sunbeds and even a resident DJ to provide motivational music as you train.

How To Find Us
Krunch Gym is well located in Waltham Abbey, just minute’s from the M25. Take Junction 26 from the M25 and then travel along the A121, Sewardstone Road and Brooker Road to the gym. The nearest train station is 2.5 miles away at Waltham Cross and there is also an hourly bus, the 505
(Chingford – Waltham Abbey – Harlow) which travels within 10 minutes of the gym.

Great local gym. Was a little hesitant due to the last review but found that they have different types of machines that do the same thing so there's no waiting plus they carry a wide range too not found in most gyms. I have visited twice so far (Sunday and Tuesday evening) it does not get very busy

I really enjoy going to this gym as it is a friendly environment. I never have problems accessing the cardio machines, however, it is a lengthy wait for some of the weight machines. I think this problem could be resolved if their was more facilities/equipment on offer, however, this could be a probl

Lengthy wait for machines? At KRUNCH gym we have 3 pieces of every popular body part equipment, such as 3 bench presses, 3 squat racks, 3 shoulder press and so on.. Additionally to this we have a minimum of 6-8 variations of those exercises using cybex, hammer strength & paramount weight loaded?
