Need more free weights or weight machines as like Mile end gym.

Quite place still need more equipment compare to Mike end gym

Easy to find the gym plenty of equipment to use and clean and tidy. Great atmosphere. Shame it's pricey when Mile end is only £6.80. They need to lower it as it's not even zone 2 compared to Mile end leisure centre.

The gym and the pool are in two separate buildings and I was told I wouldn't be able to use both. You have to go to the reception in one and then get sent to the other. The gym was quite new but pretty small with fairly inadequate changing facilities. Average range of equipment and some waiting.

The gym has had a refurb - there are a lot of machines and they are easy to use. To redeem your pass you need to go to the main reception and get a ticket to present at the gym, which is a few doors down. There was an issue with my pass, but the staff were helpful to resolve it.

Never easy to get in, have to go to separate building and often no clue re Pay As You Gym! Currently changing rooms closed for refurb. Despite all that, nice spacious gym and good equipment.

The refurbishment is now fully complete meaning more space, less crowding and a better range of equipment - now including a PowerPlate! However 99% of the staff are still clueless about what Pay As U Gym is, so hassle to get in.. NB: some women-only opening times - do check.

Good basic gym experience. Plenty

I was a bit disappointed with the number of free weights available but the other equipment was easy to use and well maintained. I noticed that I was the only one spraying down the equipment after use though!

Good gym with lots of equipment. The showers, however, are really grim. Surely it's not that hard to get rid of mould and mildew?
