In the evening the gym and spa are not too busy. In the early hours they are many kids in the pool.
Towels are provided and gym is tidy.

For a large hotel this small gym is never busy...except the pool. Little available floor space in gym so boxing training going on took up a chunk of it. Steam room wasn't working too well today. Free fruit available at reception on Fridays!

Unfortunately the pool had to be closed for maintenance. It is a bit of a pity. But I was given a free pass to make up for the inconvenience. The staff was as friendly as ever and always helpful.

Unfortunately, adults playing with small kids not considering a couple of us trying to swim on one side of the pool. No big deal, they're entitled to play there, but I gave up swimming, went for a sauna - good, steam room was poor, just not up to usual standards. Usually

Early morning on Friday and gym empty. Despite it being a huge hotel the gym is rarely busy. Small with limited range of machines. Adequate steam and sauna facilities next to the pool.

Pool, sauna and stream room back up and running. Gym empty and so no waiting for equipment. Large selection of TV channels to each whilst using machine which you can plug your earphones into. Great staff!

Lovely and quiet in this small well equipped gym at lunchtime although the pool wasn't open due to maintenance. Nice showers with towels provided. Very convenient and would certainly use again.

Pool, sauna and steam room closed this week. Small gym but good range of equipment. Went at noon for two hours and was empty but hotel is huge so could become packed. Only two men's showers which are open and no cubicles. Two towels given which is great. Whole place looking pretty old.
