Second time I have been, range of equipment could be better but it is relatively quiet in the late evening which is good.

Not much in terms of facilities. Staff were friendly and the gym was pretty empty which was great. Great pool, would be nice if there was an Olympic platform.

Really good gym, few issues with queues especially on weekend but can't complaint. Sometimes counter staff unaware of Pay as u Gym, take code down but don't redeem

The reception staff was not exceptionally friendly, there were no staff at the gym to help with enquiries but overall it is a nice clean space to work out.

Good experience. Staff very friendly. Need to pay 1 pound to use locker which is refundable. There is internet WIFI connectivity available which is good. Good views of swimming pools available whilst using gym. Vending and coffee shop makes access to food easy. Clean changing facilities.

The water fountain wasn't working. Then, the drinks machine wasn't working. Eventually, a staff member at the front desk went to the staff room to get my friend and I a cup of water.
They need to fix the drinks machine, as this is the second time I've experienced that issue.

London Aquatics Centre says:

Thank you for your feedback. Firstly please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. We have passed on your comments to the Centre Manager and have been advised that works have been raised to fix the water fountain and we are now awaiting a contractor to come out and fix it. I hope this is resolved upon your next visit.

Went to the gym at 6pm. A lot more people were there but was still pleasant.
