About this gym

Zumba is a dance fitness program which involves dance and aerobic elements. Zumba's choreography incorporates Hip-hop, Reggaeton, Cumbia, Salsa, Merengue, Calypso, Funky, Rock n Roll, African steps, Greek, Belly dance moves and many other styles. Zumba combines Latin and International music with a fun and effective workout system. Regardless of your fitness or age all levels are welcome to join! Classes are taught by Lotta, a professional choreographer, dance teacher & fitness instructor with 22 years experience in preparing choreography, teaching Street Dance, Hip Hop, Belly Dance, Jazz Dance, Bollywood, Syrtaki Dance, Cheerleading, Line Dance and other dance styles as well as 12 years experience in teaching different fitness classes. How to find the class: Classes take place in Dance Company Studios, Beckenham, South London. The studio is a few minutes from Beckenham Junction (Thameslink, Southeastern) train station and Beckenham Junction Tramlink. A number of buses including 54, 227 and 354 stop outside the studio on the High Street.
