We offer a vast range of classes; from boxing & HITT to ballet with dancer Amaia Astuy and Caveman with Wes, owner of Love Your Body who will have you piggy backing and flipping tyres in the local park. We also have dedicated personal trainers on hand to help you achieve your fitness goals; whether you want to run that extra mile, fit into your perfect dress, feel healthier, stronger or just want to look good naked... we're here to help! How to find us: Love your Body Health Hub is located on Cassland Road within walking distance of Homerton and Hackney Wick Stations. This boutique studio is also easily accessible via numerous bus routes.
