    The Women only sessions are designed so that women can exercise and relax in a calming environment.

    Opened in May 1990, Newham Leisure Centre is situated in south Plaistow on the corner of the A13 and Prince Regent Lane. It offers a fantastic 55-station gym and 30 station programmable gym, plus two fitness studios.

    Also available is a swimming pool plus teaching pool, health suite, beauty room, consultation rooms and an 8 court sports hall. The outdoor facilities boast 3 brand new 3G football pitches, athletics track and grass football pitch. We also have our indoor athletics facility that opened in 2009.

    There are plenty of ways to get to Newham Leisure Centre including London Underground from Plaistow on the District Line, Docklands Light Railway via Prince Regent Station or by bus on routes 147, 262, 300, 376 & 473. You can also take advantage of a huge car park if you do decide to visit by car.

You can see the olympic stadium as you drive into the car park! Gym is split over two levels which is cool
