Unfriendly and unmotivated reception. Plus have to put down 5 quid in deposit for locker and 1 for towel.
Crowded gym so I was able to access the machines. Floor in gym near entrance was wet and slippery. Not great at all.

Staff seem bored, with routine welcome - seems they cannot wait to leave and work!! But I will return here as it has a little of everything I like. Gym is useall Hotel gym - small but with most equipment. Nice pool, sauna, but gets busy with children swim times. very small hot ladies changing room.

Not a bad pool for central London. Tiny changing rooms but clean. I used the steam room - there was a sauna but there were a lot of parents in front of it waiting while their children had swimming lessons.

Easy to redeem but very small so great if it's quiet but if there's more than 5 people in the gym then it's too crowded!

Guy at desk couldn't validate my Unlimited, so I did Quick Redeem. He had no idea what it was, told me I couldn't come in & explained that PAYG 'unlimited' merely means I can use the gym AND pool! I was persistent for a couple of mins, at which point he admitted he didn't care and just let me in!!!

Arrive late to avoid crowded pool.
The gym is a bit worn down with dripping ceiling, but ok for a quick workout. Fruits when you have finished

Very friendly staff, it's a shame they don't have swimming suit drying though.
