Powertone classes are intensive but fun, helping you to lose weight, develop muscle tone and build strength, faster than you'd believe possible. Unlike other gym experiences personal assisted training comes as standard whether you're working out individually or as part of a class (up to four people maximum per session).
The experience of using a Power Plate machine leaves you feeling invigorated, fitter and sharper. A full 25 minute session on the plate, preferably 3 times a week is recommended for optimum results.
- When using your 1 day Pass for the first time at this site you will be able to book 2 separate sessions which must be booked directly with the site once you have received your Pass number. Any subsequent Passes will entitle you to one session only.
- The 30 day Pass will allow you a maximum of 3 classes per week for the duration of your pass, you will need to book your first session with the gym and then can book each next session on the day you attend.
