Pungra Fit specialise in dance fitness using Bhangra music. The workout is great for all levels, from beginners to the mega fit. It has lots of opportunity for high intensity movement. The techniques used work your major muscle groups such as Plyometrics. This is 1 hour of movement, organised into:
10 minutes - Warm up
30 minutes - Aerobic conditioning
10 minutes - Routine practise
5 minutes - Plyometrics
5 minutes - Cool down and stretch
