This gym is like you own private, not too busy, not too open, all what’s needed. 5 stars (I’m far from impressed with other London gyms)

Excellent gym with all the equipment you could need for a really good workout, especially if you combine aerobic and weights. Changing rooms are cleaned regularly. I have already recommended to a friend.

Staff were really helpful. Easy to use the pass. The pool was smaller than I expected. Overall though good value for money and not too busy for a Monday after work.

Great and well equipped gym. Had more than adequate facilities for someone from any fitness level. Free weights went up to a decent poundage and a good selection of machines.

decent gym never crowded at least during the day early afternoon when i go. good sauna facilities in the male changing room. music can be loud and not to everyones tastes suggest take your own ipod and turn it up loud to drown it out works for me.

Quite small, with the free weights spread over 2 floors, quiet when I went, but can image it would be packed during peak time and maybe not enough equipment to cope. but overall nice if going off peak

Used the pool. Had my 18 month old daughter with me. The facilities were very clean. The pool area was quiet. Staff incredibly efficient and friendly.

Really enjoyed the Zumba class with Marilena! Brilliant and graceful instructor. The staff is friendly and facilities clean and cosy. Definitely recommend!

this gym is not some rubbish hotel gym, its got proper weights up to 50 kg on dumbells, good new cardio machines and a plate room with racks, dipping station and a chin up bar - well exceeded my expectations, went at 3 in the afternoon, empty :)
