Owned and managed by ex-British Athlete Gavin Sunshine, whose vast knowledge and motivating personality is passed onto staff and members here. Whether you are a casual gym user or a seasoned athlete, The Gym Clinic will have everything you need. The fully air conditioned gym, recently refurbished, has a range of state of the art cardio machines with TV screens located around the area so you’re entertained throughout your workout. For those more interested in strength training there’s an excellent free weights area and a variety of weight machines so you’ll be able to work on all those muscle groups. Free towels are available from reception. If you have any questions during your workout or need advice then just ask one of the staff on the gym floor. They are well known for their extensive knowledge and friendliness, just one of the reasons why this is gym is so popular with customers. The club runs bootcamps at the weekend and boxing bootcamps throughout the week. This is a great way to get fit in a more social surrounding whilst being motivated by some of the best instructors around. Chiswick Park (District) and Gunnersbury (District and Oveground lines) are both just a few minutes away. Bus route 440 (Power Road – Stonebridge Park Station) stops directly outside the club. For those travelling by car you can reach the club by the A406, just off Chiswick Roundabout. Parking is available on site.
