Ben B

No frills basic gym for weight lifting. I went on a Sunday morning and there was plenty of access to the equipment including the squat rack which can be rare in London. Limited cardio equipment. Worth bringing a padlock for the lockers.

Great workout and value for money here. Had a 1-to-1 session with Claire who is an amazing coach. Will definitely be back once my hand recovers!
