About this gym

Lockers here operate on a £1 coin return system. The Pavilion Leisure Centre is the premier fitness destination in Bromley after having undergone a £5million redevelopment and fully reopening in the Spring of 2012. With over 100 stations in the gym incorporating cardio, resistance, free weights, power plates and even the fantastic Trixster bikes there really is something to meet every training need. They have professional and helpful staff on hand to assist you with any questions you may have or how to get the most out of your workout. There is a comprehensive group exercise class timetable that takes place within the large studio, purpose fitted yoga studio and spin studio. Please be aware that your Pass will allow you access to Gym AND Swim! The pool is a large leisure pool with flumes but does allow for lane swimming in a sectioned off area - please check the website for details of times when the lanes are in place if you are up for a more serious swim. For those wanted to chill out in the waters after a workout then you can go in at anytime. The Pavilion Leisure Centre is conveniently situated directly next to The Glades Shopping Centre in Bromley town centre. Bromley North and Bromley South stations are an equal distance away and you can also access the gym directly from the Glades car park. Being within Bromley town centre, the Pavilion leisure centre is served by a number of bus routes and has a bike shelter on Kentish Way if you choose to cycle. The gym is just the start of this newly developed Leisure Centre which incorporates a large bar and restaurant, soft play area for children and also a brand new 12 lane bowling alley. In addition to the restaurant they also have a cafe with a selection of grab and go sandwiches and light bites if you are feeling peckish following your workout.
