The Tiller Leisure Centre is located in the heart of London’s Docklands. This friendly centre provides both City workers and Isle of Dogs residents with a great value gym. The venue is easy to reach, lying south of the iconic Canary Wharf building and in a unique area surrounded by the river. With new footbridges and improved transport links, the Isle of Dogs has never been more accessible.

The gym in the Tiller Leisure Centre is air-conditioned and has a clean fresh feel. It offers 45 exercise stations, with a good selection of both cardiovascular and resistance equipment. Users will also find Swiss balls and plenty of space for that post-workout stretch out. The free weights are in a separate smaller room equipped with two exercise benches. The centre has instructors and personal trainers
who will be happy to help you improve your workout.

Tiller Leisure Centre also has a good-sized indoor swimming pool (25 metres by 10 metres) and a large studio for group exercise classes. Sessions available include pilates, yoga and aerobics, with separate women-only classes also offered. Younger users are not forgotten, with a soft play area giving the little ones their very own mini-gym. Please note that additional charges apply for all of these activities.

Always nice to work out here as it's so quiet. Only one bench press & squat rack though, so watch out at peak times.

Best leisure centre facility in East London that I have used ever! Well equipped, logically laid out and clean. The staff always go out of their way to make you welcome which seems to create a good buzz in the gym. Easy to find a training buddy here if you don't already have one.

Quiet, and they've got some great free weight equipment now.

Gets better and better! A large studio previously used for classes has been replaced with a large free weight area with squat frame and olympic weights and loads of benches that were lacking when I first joined. Overall, well equipped with cardio equipments, resistance machines and free weights.

I love this gym. This is like a fit version of Cheers.... a place where everyone knows your name! Has everything you need whether a newbie or experience athlete. Today I discovered a room with 3 spin bikes.... seems like a well kept secret because it is at the back of the floor.

Great! Front of house staff are friendly, changing areas are adequate and most importantly the gym layout makes sense. Didn't have to wait for anything as there was plenty of cardio equipment, resistance machines and a little free weight area (at time of visit).
