With new footbridges and improved transport links, the Isle of Dogs has never been more accessible.
The gym in the Tiller Leisure Centre is air-conditioned and has a clean fresh feel. It offers 45 exercise stations, with a good selection of both cardiovascular and resistance equipment. Users will also find Swiss balls and plenty of space for that post-workout stretch out. The free weights are in a separate smaller room equipped with two exercise benches. The centre has instructors and personal trainers
who will be happy to help you improve your workout.
Tiller Leisure Centre also has a good-sized indoor swimming pool (25 metres by 10 metres) and a large studio for group exercise classes.
