The University of Westminster, 309 Regent Street, London, W1B 2UW

Situated at the North end of London's famous Regent Street you will find the Regent Street Gym within the University of Westminster. Numerous bus services run to this site from Oxford Street to the South and up Regent Street itself. Oxford Circus station (Bakerloo, Central and Victoria lines) is also only a few minutes away. There are a very limited number of metered parking spaces in the surrounding area however arrival by public transport is strongly advised. The gym can be found two floors below the main reception area and is accessed via the stairs to the rear.

This gym contains a wide variety of both cardio and resistance stations coupled with a generous selection of free weights contained within a dedicated area at the rear of the room. Your Pass also includes access to the large number of classes that are offered at this site. Some must be booked in advance, others operate on a first come first served basis. Please enquire at the gym reception for timetable details and booking info.

Lockers are free here, however you will need to bring your own padlock. They are also available for purchase at the gym reception and are priced at £5.

Good gym. A few things you need to be aware: it's -3rd floor = no mobile reception and no wifi. It's a bit painful to get to the gym as if one has just one day pass someone from the gym has to come and meet. Apart from this, everything is fine. Good range of machines and free weights, boxing room etc

A lovely, relaxing yoga class. A good class vibe, not too crowded.

Very friendly staff and a wonderful zumba class.

changing rooms are not air conditioned. So you end up sweating more getting changed than working out! Quaint gym with pleasant staff though.

Small gym and equipment not that great but you can't expect much for a Uni gym. Staff very friendly. Good if you want a work out in the centre of town.

Old machines, apolstery is damaged and gets quite busy during the afternoon. Good for a quick workout if you are in the area but I wouldn't use as a home club

A wonderful, joyful and energetic zumba class. And not too busy because it's summer (though it's never excessively busy here).

Jacqui is lovely and so are the rest of the staff there.

Mens shower could do with perhaps a total bleach one evening. Yes it may smell bleachy for the next day or so, but it'll clear all that black mould from grates and tiles in showers!

Quaint gym. As it's summer, the studio doors are open for PT's and music can be heard blaring out into main gym area. Not an issue for me, but just saying.
