The Wild Forest Gym is truly a fitness experience like no other, and a chance for you to take your workout into the wilds of the 40 acres of woods in Surrey Quays adjacent to Canary Wharf.

Through their carefully developed Functional Natural Movement Training regime you can develop your strength, endurance, speed, flexibility and coordination. Using the elements of the forest to train: the trees to climb, balance and jump from; the earth below your hands and feet, to connect and feel the ground, whilst you bear crawl, walk and barefoot run; and the random shapes of each log and stone that cause every: throw, catch, carry and lift to be unique.
They train in all weather conditions all year round. It is necessary to email about kit and clothing once you have purchased a pass. You must quote your pass number in the email.

The training program is designed to accommodate people of all levels of fitness and ability, and is popular with both seasoned tough mudders, and people taking their workout outdoors for the first time, making this an ideal choice for anyone looking to break free from the confines of indoor workouts.

The meeting point for all Surrey Quays sessions is at Stave Hill Mound, at the top of Dock Hill Avenue. Please note that the postcode listed here is close, but approximate. Always arrive 10 mins early.
