About this gym

At Zumba Northwood they are driven to produce the most effective Zumba classes and fitness classes in North London. They teach a variety of Zumba classes including Zumba Toning, Aqua Zumba and Zumba in the Circuit. Whether you are looking to get fit, lose weight or just have lots of fun there is a class in Northwood perfect for you! What is Zumba in The Circuit (ZIC)? When taught in a studio setting, ZIC can be executed in a circular pattern, with the instructor in the center of the circle, we teach one minute intervals between dancing and muscular conditioning, In a full song of Zumba we alternate dance and strength training exercise and the fun never ends! It’s a new concept! Participants feel involved from the beginning, for example we teach a salsa song using regular choreography while a group is alternating between squats, lunges, biceps curls and chest press! It’s abso-zumba-lutely fantastic! How to find us: Classes take place in Fitness First Pinner on Bridge Street. The club is just a couple of minutes from Northwood tube station, which is on the Metropolitan line, and there are a few buses which stop outside the club including H11 (Mount Vernon Hospital - Harrow Bus Station) and H12 (Stanmore - South Harrow Bus Station ).
