Body and Soul Gym located in Mansfield, NG18 welcomes everyone. Being a gym that prides itself on its friendly and welcoming culture, it doesn't matter if you're a first time gym goer or an experienced gym bunny, you'll feel at ease here. They have a wide variety of equipment including resistance machines, free weights, punch bags, boxing rings and even an octagon. There's enough in this gym for everyone to be able to push themselves and reach their goals. It doesn't matter if you've never used this equipment before, Body and Soul has specialist MMA and Boxing trainers. These services may come at an extra cost to your pass so please check with a member of staff first. Located in Mansfield town centre, this gym is easily accessible. If you're coming by car then it's just off the A60 (St Peter's Way) on Leeming Street. If you're coming by train then it's only a 5 minute drive or 9 minute walk from Mansfield Station. Alte,11,rnatively, you can get the 1, 11, 14, 15 or 16 buses to this gym.
