About this gym

This site is CLOSED from 1400-1600, Monday to Friday. The Gym is based on the belief that their customers' needs are of the utmost importance. They are committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of their business is from repeat customers and referrals. They would welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you the best service in the industry. "The Gym" was established in July 2009. You will be made to feel welcome and enjoy the friendly atmosphere that The Gym provides with its mixture of ages and abilities. The gym caters for everyone whether your goal is to keep fit, tone up or build muscle. This site is very spacious with a full range of exercise equipment from treadmills, rowers, bikes & cross trainers to resistance machines & plenty of weights. Watch the large flat screen television whilst doing your cardio exercise and music is always playing to help you get into it! Full changing facilities with lockers, showers etc are available for both male and female. A fast tanning stand up sunbed with the option of paying per session or a book of 10 for the price of 8 is also available. You can also benefit from plenty of free parking on offer for gym users.
