The gym was surprisingly small, whereas the changing rooms were huge; more space could have been used for equipment. It was really busy with students and the tiny room was stuffy. Equipment was also very old, although a good variety including x2 rowing machines, x4 treadmills, a few bikes etc.

Cranfield University Fitness Centre says:

All the Cardio Equipment (except Rowers) and nearly all the resistance weights machines have been replaced over the last 12 months (2014). We have also increased the numbers of running machines and bikes in this time.

Once you find the gym and park, remember a £1 for locker then the fitness suites are on two levels separated by stairs. Everything worked and it was clean.
