Peak Fitness is a leading health and fitness club located in the heart of Woking, just 2 minutes walk from the city centre. It is a perfect location for people working in the town and is one of the top rated gyms in the area. A great choice of pubs and restaurants are nearby – perfect if you’re starving after your workout. The main gym boasts the latest Life Fitness Signature range of cardio and resistance equipment. A cardio theatre offers gym users the latest in entertainment channels including music, soaps and news. The large stretching/functional fitness area offers a range equipment to help integrate your muscle work for real life situations. There is also a large free weights area with dumbbells ranging from 2.5kg to 70kg. Some great gym reviews from customers comment on the good quality and cleanliness of the gym. Friendly staff are very helpful and many customers would return to this gym. Three spacious studios offer a wide variety of group exercise classes with experienced instructors. Popular group exercise classes include Body Pump, Pilates, Indoor Cycling and Zumba. You can also try motivational cycling in the Spin Studio, or Yoga and Pilates in the tranquil Holistic Studio. If you’re after a luxury spa experience in Woking, head upstairs. Here you will find the relaxing spa room, ideal after a hard day at work or tough training session. In addition, three therapy rooms offer a variety of treatments including aromatherapy, reflexology and remedial sports massage. Please check with reception for additional costs. How to find us Peak fitness is located on Chertsey Road, just a few minutes’ walk from Woking railway station. There are regular buses passing nearby on The Broadway. The nearest bus stop is at Woking Railway Station (Stop 7) served by 81, 91, 459, 462, 557 and 563. Metered parking is also available on nearby roads if you choose to drive.
