Kit that Fits: 5 pairs of sneakers you can wear everyday

With sneakers not just a sporting requirement, but also a fashion statement, it’s good to know which ones you can wear everyday and not just for when you’re training. Here we give you the run down of our top five sneakers for everyday wear.

Best for Men:

Adidas Gazelle OG Shoes £67

These classic sneakers never seem to date, with a comfortable suede upper and a retro look, you’ll feel super cool while out in these.

Best for Women:

Reebok Skyscape Harmony  £54

Sneakers don’t need laces –and when it’s hot outside a shoe you can slip on easily is a bonus. And when they come in pink... well what’s not to like?

Best bargain:

Converse Break Point from £45.50

Instantly recognisable, the Converse range is full of well-worn sneakers. The Break Point is a simple design and a comfortable wear, but won’t break the bank.

Norman Walsh LA 84 £115

Making athletics shoes since 1945 Norman Walsh is a true British brand. These sneakers are not only designed by a true craftsman, but they look great as well.

Our Pick:

Etonic Trans Am £75

We love this classic reborn 80s shoe, comfy enough to wear day in, day out, we love the green suede for a bang on trend look.

I'm not usually keen on wearing trainers outside the gym but as the colours available have got bright and more exciting (yes, I sound shallow!) I've been tempted to buy a pair for everyday wear - even more tempted now!

personally I wear barefoot trainers. They have sorted out my knee and hip issues better than any well-supported expensive trainers.

wow - at these prices I hope these will last quite some time! I wear trainers most of the time (can't wear most women's shoes), although I have also found out the hard way that there is such a thing as too cheap.

I have a pair of the bargain Converse Break Point and they're great for me. It's the cheapest pair I've bought for a few years but I really don't notice any difference in quality.
