Adam Rosante

With studio-style workouts, Adam Rosante has fitness DVD-style videos targeting various parts of the body and some more impromptu, outdoor 3-minute workouts. He’s one to look out for with a fair few thousand followers already.

Kayla Itsines

Young, fit, toned and gorgeous, it’s no wonder Kayla Itsines has more than 215,000 subscribers. With plenty of bikini body workouts and her “sweat with Kayla” series, here’s hoping we can achieve abs like hers!


This duo aim to bring the personal trainer experience to their 50,000 plus subscribers. Their channel is crammed with workout videos catering for all levels of fitness, ranging from short workouts to longer sessions.

BodyRock LisaMarie

35,000 followers say that LisaMarie’s abs are doing the talking here. With videos every day in real time, she claims that no two workouts are ever the same. She’s obviously getting results, so she’s worth a follow.

Fitness Blender

With an off-the-scale following of over 4 million, this husband and wife team Daniel and Kelly, have over 500 full video workouts, all free to access. They both look great, so it’s no wonder they have such a hardcore following.

perhaps I'm a bit old fashioned, but my ideal workout video clip is short, to the point, doesn't have music and is narrated in a British accent. I want to see how to do the exercise - so that usually means one person narrating and pointing and one person doing it.
