as the article says, food that fills you up means you eat less overall, and that's what will shift the fat. I fear that any metabolism increases are so small as to be cancelled out by the calories in the foods!
matcha tea is good too I hear. Would be interested to know if anyone has tried a diet consisting of these foods and how they found it?

Thomas, matcha is great. You can feel it raises your metabolism almost as soon as you drink it
