The best gym machines for a flat stomach

If you go to the gym, then you have all you need to give yourself the flat stomach you’ve always wanted.

Remember that it’s not all about focusing on your stomach though, it’s actually about giving yourself a full body workout to really lose that stomach fat. You need to be taking part in about 30 minutes of cardio for three days each week in order to burn calories.

Here are some of the best gym machines you need to be using to flatten that tum:

Treadmill

Jog or walk briskly on the treadmill for a great way to raise your heartbeat. Running relies on using your whole body and so targets the stomach as well.

Stationary bike

Like any cardio activity, riding the stationary bike can help you maintain a healthy body fat percentage, as cardio exercises cause you to burn a significant amount of calories per unit of time. The bonus is, because you are sitting down, you can listen to music, ramp it up a gear, and really mix up your workout.

Elliptical trainer

Much like walking up the stairs, the elliptical trainer will work your legs and arms, as well as getting your heart pumping. This cross body training is perfect for losing stomach fat, and toning up.

Rowing machine

By building up your tolerance on the rowing machine, you can lose serious calories.

The action of the row, also engages your core muscles which can help you achieve that flat stomach.

You've got to lose the fat, otherwise no amount of stomach work/core strengthening will work.

especially in this heat, the idea that it only needs 30 mins of cardio each time is quite reassuring. I prefer more and shorter sessions and I think that gets me fitter too.
